Connected account and public videos

Only the administrator connects their TikTok account. The website stores the account identifier, encrypted access and refresh tokens, their expiry dates and the date of the latest synchronisation. The website does not receive the TikTok password.

The TikTok API provides identifiers, titles, descriptions, links, thumbnail URLs, publication dates and view counts for public videos. This information is used to display and update the selection. Video files are not downloaded to the server.

Access to the account is based on its owner’s authorisation. Visitors do not need to authorise access to their own account to view this page.

Browsing and external services

The website uses a session to operate and secure the administrator login. Technical session data may include the IP address, browser and last activity. The configured session inactivity period is 120 minutes; expired data is cleaned up by the session mechanism.

Your choice of light or dark theme is saved in your browser’s local storage until you clear it. You can remove this preference and cookies in your browser settings.

Thumbnails are loaded from external servers specified by TikTok: displaying them transmits, in particular, your IP address and technical browser information to those servers. When you open a video, you access TikTok, which applies its own privacy policy. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area.

The operation and protection of the website are based on Imadeus’s legitimate interest in providing and securing this section. Messages sent to the contact address are used to handle your request.

Access and retention

The video information displayed is public. Connection tokens are restricted to the server and integration management; they are not displayed to visitors.

Video information is retained for display. After a successful complete synchronisation, videos that are no longer public are removed. A synchronisation error may delay their removal.

Successfully disconnecting through the administration area revokes access and deletes the connected account and synchronised videos from the active database. Token expiry does not automatically delete this data. Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to follow up on the request and, in the event of a dispute, to resolve it.

Your rights

Depending on your situation and the conditions set out in applicable regulations, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to certain processing and request data portability. Authorisation may be withdrawn; this does not affect previous lawful processing.
